Northshore Utility District hired us to conduct site analysis on a site with existing warehouse buildings for their new expanded facilities. We determined that the tilt-up buildings could be converted and remodeled to meet the district’s needs. Completing this project required negotiating a conditional use permit, but enabled us to provide Northshore Utility District with 51,000 SF of facilities, including administrative offices, public meeting rooms, inventory storage, and vehicle parking and maintenance, at a bargain price. The project was a great success, receiving several awards. We have continued working with Northshore Utility District for many years since, and have completed 8 additional projects for them, ranging from interior remodels to a pump station to a new trucking bay.
